We also want you to feel prepared and ready to get the home of your dreams. We will work with you to help you get prequalified so that you have an idea of the type of home that you can afford.
Step 3: Review Your Options
Finding the right loan options can be overwhelming. We narrow down a pool of many lenders to find a few that offer the right loan options based on your needs. We want you to have options, but not feel overwhelmed.
Step 4: Choose a Lender
After finding a few loan options for you, we discuss loan details in layman terms with you so that you are able to choose the very best fit. We will walk you through the lending options of each option to help you make this decision.
Step 5: Apply
Once you feel comfortable choosing a lender, we help you to apply for your loan. We never want you to feel that once you’ve chosen a lender, we’re done with you. You can contact us at any time, even after your settlement.
